一、:Teaching Aims
1. 能听说、认读一些常见的动物的单词cat, dog, monkey, duck, panda, bird, pig, elephant ,zoo, tiger, bear并能用英文介绍这些小动物。
2.能听懂、会说What’s this? It’s…. 并能在实际情景中进行运用。要求模仿正确,语调自然。3.能听懂一些简单的指示语,并能按照指令模仿动物做出相应的动作。
二、Teaching Important:
1. 1.能听说读写单词:pig、dog、cat、duck、bear;
2. 初步运用新句型What's this? It's a ... 来交流相关动物信息。
三、Teaching Prepare:
教师准备相关动物道具、动物卡片、PPT。
四、Teaching Steps:
1. 情景创设与热身活动
①师生问候及老师展示动物园的照片,让孩子们思考动物园里有些什么动物?吸引学生的兴趣,引出今天的主题——参观动物园。
a. Greetings:
T: Good morning boys and girls.
S: Good morning, Jason.
b. Revision: What's this?
②教师播放歌曲《I’m a cat》,同学们一起边唱边做动作。
教师拿起他一个同学桌子上的学习用品问,同时渗透主句型。
T: Look, kids. What's this?
Ss: It's a ruler.
T: And what's this?
Ss: It's a pencil..
Pair work.
S1: Look, kids. What's this?
S2: It's a ruler.
S1: And what's this?
S2: It's a pencil..
…….
设计意图:通过师生问答,复习了以前学的身体部分名称,同时也用来引出今天的主要句型的语境,让孩子们初步感受语镜,感知句型的意思。同时引出本课其中一个新词——bear。
2. Presentation呈现部分
①看视频参观动物园,尝试用“What's this? It's a ...”来问答。同时呈现小狗与小鸭子的图片动物,并学习这两个单词。
T: Now look here. What's this? What's this? It's a duck. What's this? What's this? It's a ... Come here, touch and guess. What's this? It's a ...
设计意图:通过看图猜动物的游戏,集中孩子们的注意力,引导他们试用目标语言,激发他们运用目标语言进行提问的欲望,进一步提升对目标语言的理解。同时,用塑胶玩具动物教授dog, duck和bear、pig、cat五种动物。
3. Practice

按照课本中所呈现的方式,请学生们来扮演这些小动物,模仿它 们的动作及声音。
T: Look! What's this? It's a pig. What's this? It's a cat. Then what's this? It's a ... (duck)B. Act like the animals
教师带领学生做动物动作的练习,把句型What's this?It's a ... 并板书,让学生边做动作边说这两句话,加强对句型的上口与操练,让学生在玩中学,学中玩,一举两得。
T: Let’s act like the animals. Can you do it? Who can do it? Do you want to have a try? Who want to come here and have a try?
3. Role play
A: Good morning!
B: Good morning!
A: Look! What's this?
B: It's a dog. What's this?
A:It's a bear.
B: Good bye.
A: Bye.
4. Extending (Let's Make!)
A: What's this?
B: Guess.
B: It's a duck. I like it.
A:Thank you.
A: What's this?
B: It's a dog.
A: What's that?
B: It's an elephant.
A: Cool! I like it.
设计意图:通过手影活动,运用新句型,为学生留下更多的创作空间,同时也可渗透下一节课要学习的动物,为下一节课做铺垫。
5. 小结与评价
教师检查两组的拼比结果,并借助评价的图,再一次用What's this?It's a ... 来问答,加深巩固本课重点句型,同时也作为本课的小结。
6. Homework
a.。抄写新单词和句子。
b. 读课文三次并表演。
