    一. 教材分析:
        本课是PEP小学英语四年级 Unit3  My friends  A Let’s learn.是本单元的第二课时.教材分为Let’ s learn, Let’s chant.两个部分。本课是一节词汇新授课。主要教学内容为词汇tall,strong,short,thin,quiet.

    friendly,句型:He’s... Who is he?

    二. 学情分析:

        四年级的学生经过一年多的英语学习,对英语的词汇和句子已经有了一定的基础。学生三年级上册学习了朋友相互打招呼,用Whats your name?My name is....相互问彼此的名字;三年级下册学习了句型It has....和词汇long, tall,short,small,fat,thin,big...来描述小动物的外貌特征。四年级上Unit3 A talk 学习了Whats his/her name? His/her name is....He/Shes....这些都为本课时的学习奠定了基础,降低了难度.四年级学生的思维仍然以形象思维为主.喜欢唱歌,做游戏.   

    三.教学目标

    知识目标:

    学生能够听,说,认读单词:tall,strong,short,thin,friendly,quiet.

    1. 学生能够熟练运用句型:Hes....Who is he?

    能力目标:
    学生能够将本课所涉及到的句型词汇在生活当中进行熟练运用。
    情感目标:
    学生能够了解外貌描述中的文化禁忌。不要取笑朋友的外貌,要尊敬自己的朋友。
    四.教学重、难点:
    重点:
    学生能够听,说,认读单词:tall,strong,short,thin,friendly,quiet.
    难点:
    单词thin中“th的发音。

    七.教学过程:
    Step 1: 创设情境,综合复习:(4分钟)
    1.Sing a song
    Lets sing <Friends >.
    2.free talk
    T: Girls and boys ,whats this song talk about?
    S:Its about the friends.
    T: Yes, its about the friends. Do you have some good friends ?
    Ss: Yes.
    T: Whats your friend like?
    Ss: He/ She is beautiful/cute/ tall.....
    T: Whats his name?/ Whats her name?
    Ss: His name is ..../ Her name is ......
    T: I know, You have many good friends. I have many good friends,
    too. Do you know what day is October 1st?
    Ss: 国庆节
    T: Yes. October 1st is the National Day in our country. The
    national day is coming. My friends and I will go to the
    Disneyland in Shanghai to play on National Day. lets look at
    who are my friends?
    Dialogue 1:
    T:I have a new friend. She will go to the Disneyland with me
    together.
    A: I have a new friend.
    B: Really? A Chinese friend?
    A: Yes, he/ she is very   friendly    
    B: Whats his/ her name ?
    A:His/ her name is   Zhao yaqi       
    B: Look, He/Shes tall and thin.
    A: Yes , he/she is .
    B:Whats in her/his schoolbag?
    A:Three keys, two toys and an English book.   
    B: What colour is his/ her schoolbag?
    A: Its black and white.
    [设计意图]复习旧知,创设情境,激发学生兴趣,为新授课教学做铺垫,降低新授课的难度。
    Step 2:听读新知,初步感知:(14分钟)
    T:More friends will go to the Disneyland with me together . They are coming. Lets welcome them.
    用班里面分别具有特色的学生,进行单词的教学.

    (1)赵潘月:strong, tall and strong.

    (3)谷雨: friendly.

    (4)李文静 ,赵壮丽: quiet
    2) Calling......收到 John 的电话
    John is calling. He said: He and his friends want to go to the Disneyland with me together. OK. Welcome! 由此回归到课本当中情境。
    Lets learn 的操练。(操练1)
    3)Play a game.  Whats missing.
    利用整体的人物进行操练。
    Step 3:情境交际,巩固新知;(5分钟
    Everybody is here. National day is coming. Lets go to the Disneyland. OK?
    Look, this is the Disneyland. Its so big and beautiful. Tim and lily is here too.
    They are also my friends . lily is the guide here. Lets say Hello to them 
    lets chant.
    设计意图:通过有节奏的说唱,强化新授单词的音义联系,并增加课堂的趣味性】
    Lily 是迪斯尼乐园的导游,接下来由lily 来介绍Disneyland 的行程。
    The first tourist attraction (奇幻童话城堡)
    Who is he/ she?
    She is thin. She has two big eyes. Who is she ?
    He is strong. He has a big mouth. Who is he?
    She is friendly.She has short hair.  Who is he?
    She has long hair. Who is she ?  Who is she?
    He is tall and thin. He has short hair. Who is he?
    He is short and thin.  He has big head. Who is he?
    通过对卡通人物的描述,进一步巩固本节课所学的重点词汇和句型。
    2)The second tourist attraction ( 奇想花园)
    Dialogue 2-----
    A: Look at that girl/boy.
    B: She / he is   tall   and  thin  . She is friendly.
    A: Whats her/ his name ?
    B: Her / His name is   snow white.
    A:She is beautiful.
    B:Who is he/she?
    A: His /Her name  is  panghu     
    B: He/ She is tall and strong.
    A: Yes, He/ She is .
    [设计意图通过设计另外的一个情境,让学生把本课所学知识进行灵活运用。] 
    Step 4: 拓展听读,整体感知:(12分钟)
    We are tired now. Oh, look! Here’s a TV. Let’s watch TV together.
    拓展一:main sense.
    拓展二:story time
    拓展三:tonys new friend.
    拓展四:I have a friend.
    Step 5: 综合运用,灵活表达:(5分钟)
    T: The cartoons are so funny. We have a good rest.
    Dialogue 3:
    Make a dialogue.(同桌相互讨论,自编对话向同桌介绍你的新朋
    友。可以用思维导图当中的关键词句,也可以用自己的语言。)
    Step 6: 小结
    T:Todays trip is over. My friends and I are very happy.
    So everybody needs friends.  
    A life without a friend is a life without a sun
    A friend in need is a friend indeed.

    把你的新朋友介绍给你的父母。
