    教学内容

    北师大版先锋英语(一年级起点)三年级下册Unit9 26 -27页(第一课时 故事)

    教材分析:

    本单元是北京师范大学出版社出版的先锋英语三年级下册的第九单元Unit9 Hot soup,主要围绕食物及其特征这一话题展开,是本册第七、八单元教学内容的延续。本单元教学内容贴近学生生活,有利于培养学生在真实情景中用英语进行交际的能力。本课时为第一课时,属于故事教学,旨在通过故事创设真实的情景,自然导入单元核心语料,并为本单元后面几个课时的教学作铺垫。

    本课时的故事主要讲述了Mocky因为心急而被热汤烫到的一次就餐经历,和孩子们的现实生活结合紧密。就语言知识而言,主要涉及I’m thirsty. /I’m hungry. /Have some milk.及对事物特征的描述The jug is big. The soup is hot.等。就情感态度价值观方面而言,要培养学生良好的进餐习惯,如不要急着喝热汤,同时培养学生关心他人、帮助他人的良好品德。我认为,故事教学要突出“讲故事”,特别是要引导学生观察故事中的人、物、环境,通过师生互动共同来理解故事。本课时的教学重点是理解故事,而不是语音、词汇和语法。

    设计理念:

    本课时设计以整体语言教学思想为指导,让学生先整体感知故事,在相对真实、完整的语境中接触、体验、理解新的语言知识和语言运用情景。本课话题为谈论食物特征,利用话题创设真实语境,增强学生在语境中理解语言的能力。

    教学目标:

    1.知识目标:

    在本课结束时,学生能在食物及其特征这一话题下,通过讲故事、看故事、读故事等方式,理解故事,初步感知本单元主要语言知识:1)常用形容词hot, cold, big, small等的用法。2)简单描述事物特征的常用句型: The water/milk is hot/cold. The jug/bowl is big/small.3)表达饥渴,提出相应建议的句型:I’m hungry/thirsty.  Have some …

    2.能力目标

    1)能用英语简单描述食物、餐具的特征。

    2)通过试读、分角色读、齐读、自读等多种方式培养学生的阅读能力。

    3.情感目标

    通过谈论食物话题,提醒Mocky小心热汤,为烫着的Mocky提供帮助,培养学生良好的餐饮习惯和关心他人、帮助他人的良好品德。

    教学重难点:

    对故事的整体理解。

    教具准备:

    图片、录音机、磁带、多媒体课件等

    教学过程:

    Step 1 :warm up

    1.Greetings

    T:Hello, boys and girls!

    Ss:Hello, Miss Li.

    2.Play a game: please do.

    Jump, please. Run, eat a banana, please. Drink, please.

    设计意图:jump/rum两个动作的使用为呈现情景I’m thirsty.作好准备;eat/drink与食物话题紧密相连,创设英语学习气氛,活跃课堂,拉近师生间距离。)

    3.场景:KFC出示食物

    设计意图:复习以前学过的句型,复习食物单词,为之后的学习做准备。)

    Step 2 情景引入

    T: there are so many food, I’m hungry(声音沙哑,作口渴状)。出示hungry

    Step 3 故事学习

    1.师生同讲故事

    Ss: It’s a bowl.

    S:There is some soup.(hot)

    设计意图:教师辅以适当的动作展现Mocky喝热汤的情景,以便学生理解故事,并适时引导学生对Mocky提供必要的帮助,从而实现情感、态度、价值观目标,培养学生乐于助人的品质。)

    1. Listen to a dialog.
