    教材解读

    本课是人教版英语三年级上册Unit 3 Look at me的复习课。本课通过使用绘本“Kevin travels in the sea” 帮助学生复习身体部位单词headfacenosemoutheyeeararmlegfootbody, 并拓展动物单词,为Unit 4 We love animals 的教学做铺垫,既复习巩固又拓展延伸,并为下一单元的教学做准备。

    学习目标

    1、能够通过绘本故事复习巩固身体部位单词,并能够拓展与运用。

    2、能够理解故事大意,并在概念图和老师的帮助下复述故事。

    3、通过阅读绘本故事,培养学生的学习兴趣。

    教学重点

    1. 通过绘本故事复习巩固身体部位单词。

    2. 阅读理解绘本故事并完成相应的任务。

    教学难点

    能够理解并复述故事。

    教学过程

    设计意图

    Step 1. Warm up

    1. Greeting.

    2. Free talk: How are you? Fine, thanks….

    3. Let’s sing a song. Head and shoulders, knees and toes.

    Step 2. Pre-reading.

    1. Listen and do. (Close your eyes. Open your mouth. Touch your nose. … )

    2. Lead in: You did a good job. Now here is a prize for you. What is it? It’s a story.

    3. Talk about the cover of the story. (What can you see? What’s the boy’s name? What’s in his hand? )


    Step 3. While-reading.

    1. 1streading:


    1) Watch, listen and think: Where is Kevin?


    2) Read and choose.

    2. 2ndreading

    1) Read and think: What do you see?

    2) Ask and answer: What do you see? I see a ... (教师边说边贴板书。)

    3.3rd reading:

    1) Read the story and finish .(小组阅读完成概念图)

    2Check the answer. (教师完成板书)

    Step 4. Post-reading .

    1. Read the story in groups.

    2. Retell the story. (Look at the blackboard and the mind-map, try to retell the story.)

    3. Act out the story in groups.

    4. Show time.
      Step 5. Homework.

    Make a new story.(e.g. Kevin travels in the park / …)


    课前热身,复习日常用语,通过歌曲律动激发学习兴趣。




    通过听听、做做,以Brainstorming的方式帮助学生复习身体部位单词。用一个故事作为奖品给学生,导入阅读教学。




    初读感知故事大意。
