    教学设计:

    Step1 Talking :

    1. Free talk (Teacher & Students)//这个环节的复习对话可以剪短,或者以一个完整的对话场景出现,不要为了复习而复习,因为这里的free talk 与后面的pair work 有些重复,这两部分都是一个复习的过程,可以缩短一点

    1) What’s the weather like today?

    2) What day is it today?

    3) What’s the date today?

    4) How many months are there?

    2. Play a game—Quick Eyes

    3. Pair work (Students & Students)

    K: What’s your favorite holiday?//这个对话设置很好,复习了之前的内容,又很好地过渡到了新授课

    S: I like…

    K: When’s …Day?

    S: It’s on…

    K: What can you do on…?

    S: I can …on… .

    Step2 Teaching:

    1. Lead in: Talk about the plan of National Day with the class.

    (Show the date: October1)

    T: Look at the calendar, what’s the date?

    S: It’s October1

    T: What holiday is it?

    S: It’s National Day.

    T: Yes, National Day is coming. Tom and Lily are my friends. They have a good plan for National Day, Let’s listen and read: Word 2 and Dialogue5 three times. After reading, you should answer my questions:

    1) What’s Lily going to do?

    2) What’s Tom going to do?

    1. Practice the key structures.

    T: It’s National Day soon. I have good plans. (PPT shows the pictures) In the morning, I’m going to clean my room. In the afternoon, I’m going to buy some food. What are you going to do? (Write down the key structures)

    S: I’m going to …//这个地方的支架搭的很好,体现了主导主体的思想。

    (Ask some students answer the questions)

    1. Pair work: share their plans for National Day with the partner.//这里不一定非要选择国庆节,可以让学生自由选择节日进行描述

    A: It’s National Day soon. What are you going to do?

    B: I’m going to…. What about you?

    A: I’m going to…

    B: Good idea!

    Step3 Training:

    1. Listen and read more: Reading3.4.5

    T: Let’s listen more about their plans for other holidays.

    2. Share Koko’s holiday with class, and try to guide them design their own holidays.

    T: Koko’s school has a special holiday. (Show the holidays) The holiday is No Homework Day. It’s on November 15. On that holiday, she needn’t do her homework. So, she’s going to play computers at home. Let’s design your own holidays.

    Share their own holidays with the partner.//这个地方可以以概念图的形式将关键句型呈现出来,然后让学生自己输出对话。

    Home work:

    1. Recite the text B2.

    2. Use “be going to…” to write a plan for Mother’s Day.

    3. Make a card for your mother.
