In China, we have lots of traditional festivals, such as Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon-Boat Festival, Double-Ninth Day, Double-Seventh Day, National Day and so on. Among these, the Spring Festival is the most important festival in China.
In Spring Festival, my family make beautiful paper-cuts and couplets, and then they stick them to the windows and walls to bid farewell to the old year. They also usually clean house too, because they want to sweep away bad luck. For me, Spring Festival is a best time to get presents from elders. The elders give me red pockets and my parents and grandparents buy clothes or presents to me. Besides, during the vacation, we visit our relatives and friends each other to send good wishes. In a word, Spring Festival is a festival with happiness to Chinese.
