教学内容分析:本课重点内容为一些常见动物的单词,是大部分学生比较感兴趣的话题。
学生情况分析:本课所授对象是小学一年级学生,学生年龄大多6、7岁左右,他们具有喜欢动物,上课活泼好动、好奇心重、爱表现等特点。他们对英语学习具有浓厚兴趣,并且爱唱,爱跳,爱游戏。教师应抓住学生这些特点,因势利导,使他们在课堂英语情境中大胆地学习和使用英语。
教学方式:在教师的引导下,以言语交际为中心,通过师生之间的交流与合作,发展学生们的语言运用能力。
教学手段:通过两两对话,小组展示参与和交流,养成对英语的积极态度。
教具准备:电子书,故事音频,词卡,黑板,图片

New knowledge: listening and speaking
1. Ask students whether they could help Suzy to know these animals. Play the story audio, lead them listen and read some new words. (5m)
2. Introduce the key words: giraffe, elephant, monkey, hippo, snake, crocodile, tiger in the way of answering the questions of Simon according to his description. Ask questions based on the animals to carry out dialogues between teacher and students. (10m)
