Book5 Unit1  Uncle’s Family

教材分析:

本课为冀教版小学英语第五册第一单元family的第二课时。

教学背景:

 1学生在一年级的时候已经学过familymotherfathersisterbrotherme这些单词。本单元复习并扩展了family的内容,增加了家庭成员的外貌描写、个人爱好、年龄差异、体格差异等内容。

 2、本课的单词有:uncleauntwifehusbandsondaughtercousin。学生对uncleaunt已经很熟悉,对sondaughter也比较了解。对于cousin的发音较难掌握,而且由于中外称呼上的区别,中国人叫自己的堂兄妹、表兄妹都为:哥哥姐姐弟弟妹妹,很少有人叫堂哥堂妹等,所以学生容易把cousinsisterbrother在意义上弄混。

教学目标:

学生能区分have/has,并能熟练运用;能认读单词uncle、aunt、wife、husband、cousin;能用younger/older than对人物进行比较;能综合运用所学知识介绍自己或亲友的家庭。

教学重点:

单词uncle、aunt、wife、husband、cousin;比较级younger/older than的用法;区分have/has。

教学难点:

cousin发音及意义;have/has区分。

教学方法:

师生说、两两说、自主听读。

教学用具:

设备完善的网络教室、学生一人一台电脑、丰富的网页资源、ppt幻灯片、大屏幕。

教学过程:

一、歌曲引入

由《I love my family》,引入本课主题family。

二、新授

1、  复习说

  T : Do you love your family? How many people are there in your family? Who are they?

   Talk about your family with your partner.

  Pair work : How many people are there in your family?

            Who are they?

            Do you love your family?

            What about your family?

  T : Who want to show us?

2、区分have/has。利用教师自编及学生创编歌谣,突破难点。

   T : I have a brother, but I don’t have a sister.

      What about you?

   S1 : I have a sister, but I don’t have a brother.

   T : How many sisters do you have?

   S1 : I have one sister.

   T : Look at this girl, she is very happy. Because she has many sisters. Guess, how many sisters does she have.

   Ss : Maybe she has … sisters.

   T : She has ten little sisters. Let’s chant: ten little sisters

   T : Can you make a chant by yourself? With books、desks……

3、学生借助网络资源,自主学习本课新单词。

   T : She has ten sisters, he has a brother. My father has a brother, he is my uncle. Let’s see who is in my uncle’s   family. (vocbulary1/Sentence1)

   T : Who is in my uncle’s family? (反馈学生自学情况并纠音)

   T : Look, this is my uncle’s family.

      I have an uncle, he is my father’s brother.

      I have an aunt, she is my uncle’s wife.

      I have a cousin, she is girl, she is my uncle and aunt’s daughter.

   T : Let’s play a game: Who is he/she? (用游戏方式反馈学生对家庭成员之间关系的掌握情况)

      He is my aunt’s son, who is he? ……

4、借助大屏幕展示教师与堂妹的合影,比较年龄大小,突破难点二。

   T : She is my cousin, she is a pupil in our school. She is younger than me.  am older than her.

   T : In Text and Readings, there are more about younger/older/taller/shorter……(学生自读网上资源,了解更多关于比较级的知识)

   T : I am 23 years old, you are 8 years old. I am older than you.

   Pair work: How old are you?  I am younger/older than (通过两两说,反馈学生对比较级的掌握情况)

   T : In text: the cucumber is          than the banana.

      There are some other words. Fill in the blanks.

5、学生借助网络资源,自主阅读短文故事。

   教师在ppt上给出问题,让学生带着问题去阅读,阅读后教师可通过问题对学生阅读情况进行检测。

6、综合运用。

   教师示范:My uncle's family: This is my uncle's family, there are three people in my uncle's family: my uncle,aunt and my cousin. This is my uncle, he is a policeman, he is my father's younger brother. He is very tall, he has short hair. This is my aunt, she is a teacher, she works in a school. She is my uncle's wife. She is very pretty. This is my cousin. She is a pupil in our school. She is 11 years old, I am 23 years old. I am older than her, she is younger than me. We are good friends.

    T : Can you introduce your family? Your friend's family?
