- 本课时是PEP四年级下册Unit4 At the farm.的第一课时。本课时主要是让学生正确的朗读对话，学会运用句型What are these...? Are these...?提问是否是某种蔬菜，会回答他们是什么蔬菜。学生们在三年级学过水果的复数，为本课谈论蔬菜打下基础，同时本科课也为Part B 谈论动物做好铺垫。本课对话是在Mike, Sarah 参观农场，向农民进行询问的情境下展开的。
- 教学目标
- 1、学生能够理解对话大意，能够用正确的语言、语调朗读对话； 2、能够在情景中恰当运用句型Are these„？Yes, they are. What are these ?They’re „问答物品名称并回答； 3、能够在语境中理解新词tomato和carrot的意思，并能正确发音； 4、能够在情境中恰当运用句型 They’re good／so big!描述物品特点； 5、教育学生养成多吃蔬菜、水果的好习惯。

Show some pictures and practice these sentences: What are these? Listen to the recording and find out two questions in the text. （2）.Listen again and give the answers to the questions. （3）.Read the dialogue after the recording. （4）.Set an example for students to role play the dialogue using some masks. （5）.Ask students to perform the dialogue using the masks.
