PEP Book2 Unit6 B Let’s talk教学设计

一、概述

  本课是义务教育课程标准实验教科书PEP英语三年级下册Unit6At the zoo Part B Let’s talk.新单词是giraffe，deer，tall，short主要句型是Look at …… It’s so …… Yeah. You’re right.   The giraffe is tall. The deer is short.本节课主要从情景和兴趣出发，根据学生的学习情况，联系所学旧知识，通过chant,dialogue,reading,listening等活动，调动学生的学习积极性，提高学生的语言表达能力。

二、教学目标分析

1、能够听、说认读名词giraffe，deer，以及形容词tall，short，并能在实际情景中恰当的使用。

2、能听懂、会说一些含有简单形容词的句子。

3、能够在正确理解本节课主要句型的基础上，灵活运用语言，描述动物的一些特征。

4、通过师生说，两两说，培养学生的语言表达能力。

三、学习者特征分析

三年级的学生学习英语不到一年，知识储备不是很丰富，但是学生对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣，思维较活跃，表达欲较强，能积极配合老师，参与课堂活动。

四、教学策略与设计

本节课充分利用了图片及网络资源，综合运用引导式，讲授式，自主及协作学习等策略，在说唱，表演的形式中引导学生自主，协作学习，不仅进一步激发了学生的学习兴趣，树立了自信心，而且通过两两说、师生说等，培养学生的综合语言运用能力。

六、教学过程

Step1:Warm-up

  1、Greeting

  2、Let’s do

  (设计意图：在听听做做中，帮助学生复习、理解、巩固学过的形容词，使学生在不知不觉中，轻松的进入到本节课所涉及的话题。)

  3、Oral English

  Step2:Revision

  1、Look at the cards. Read and do some actions.(出示Let’s do中出现的几个形容词卡片)

  2、Pictures talking

  T:Look at the elephant. It has a long nose and a short tail .It has small eyes and big ears.

 Now. There are some animals here.Let’s see who can describe other animals using this way.

 老师示范，其他同学根据老师提供的key　information进行描述。

（设计意图:根据学生已经掌握的知识，让学生围绕屏幕上展示的动物图片进行描述，复习所学句型，为接下来的学习做好铺垫）

Step3:Presentation

1、giraffe

(1)T: I love animals. Do you love animals?

Ss:Yes.

T:OK.Let’s play a guessing game.

T:Yes . It’s giraffe.（把长颈鹿的图卡贴在黑板上,领读、择生读）

（2）呈现教材P63Picture1对话

T：（出示幻灯片giraffe，并顺势引处句型）Look at the giraffe. It’s so tall.

2、deer

(1)T:Look at this picture.Is it a giraffe ?

   Ss:No.

   T: What’s this?

   T:Oh. It’s a deer . Do you like the deer?

  (2)呈现教材P63的对话

  Step4:Practice

 T: Now. I have a little tired. Let’s listen an English song to have a rest. OK？

T:(放完后问学生)Where are the animals?

  Ss:They are in the zoo.

  T: The animals are lovely. Today,Amy and her dad go to the zoo to see the animals,let’s watch TV and listen what they are talking?

   1、Listen to the tape

2、Listen and repeat.

3、Practice in pairs.

4、Role play

  (设计意图：利用不同的形式，让学生反复读熟，为接下来的小组练习打下良好的基础)

Step5:Making dialogues

T: There are many animals in the zoo. Let’s make a new dialogue using the sentences and the words we have learned.

Make a dialogue with the key information

   Key information

A:Look at the panda.

B:Oh,it’s fat. It has big eyes. It’s black and white.

A: Look at the monkey.

B:It’s thin. It has a long tail. It’s brown.

A:You see. The panda is fat. The monkey is thin.

B:Yeah.

A:I like the panda and the monkey .Do you like them?

B:I like them,too.

动物词汇：bird , mouse,rabbit,elephant…

形容词：tall,short,small,big,smart（聪明的）,thin,strong…

颜色词汇:black, white,yellow, brown,grey(灰色)

(设计意图：学习语言的最终目的是运用，在老师的引导下，通过小组合作，进行对话创编，丰富了学生的语言，培养了学生综合运用语言的能力)

  T: You did good job.Now ,let’s go to the zoo to see the animals.

  (1) Listen and answer the question

  How many animals can you see?

  (2)Listen and repeat.
