Aims of the Course
- to engage you with key concepts and theories which describe and explain the ways of learning and development in adulthood;
- to develop your capacity to understand the nature of adult learning and reflect critically upon scholarly discussions of adult learning;
- to develop your confidence and competence in applying learning theory into different forms of professional practice.
