The APC of AACE became an independent society in March, 2003, with the new name Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education (APSCE). Inheriting the 14-year history of ICCE activities, APSCE will establish itself as a full-fledged academic society rooted in the Asia-Pacific region. Henceforth, it will not only run the ICCE conferences, but it will also establish its own Society journal.
