Introduction
TEACHING STUDENTS TO THINK in higher levels is key to quality teaching and learning. Below is a visual diagram of 6 levels of thought, as designated in Benjamin Bloom's Taxonomy. The top levels, in yellow, are the higher levels of thinking. They include: to apply, analyze, create, and evaluate.
