【概述】本教学设计是上海教育出版社《英语》一年级下册第二模块第5课Food I like教学的第二课时。

【教学目标】

1. 会说表示食物的英语单词jelly，ice cream， sweet， biscuit。

2. 会使用Do you like…?来询问别人是否喜欢某种食物。

3. 会用Yes/No来表示肯定或否定。

4. 会进行关于食物的情境对话。

【学习者特征分析】

1. 一年级学生注意力集中的时间短，教师设计各种活动交替进行，有助学生注意力的集中。

2. 一年级学生对于问和答的英语交际形式还没有概念，正在逐步建立中。

1. 用Do you like …? 询问别人是否喜欢某种食物。。

1. 思维导图的概念。

【教学过程】

I. Warm-up.

Say the chant Ice Cream.

II. Revision.

1. Show some pictures of food. Ask students What’s this? Ss: It’s a…

2. Play a guessing game about food.

3. Pair work. Practice the dialogue:

---What’s this?

---It’s a …

III. Presentation.

1. Show pictures of food, ask students “Do you like…?”. Encourage the confident students to reply with Yes/ No.

2. Show the core expressions on board:

---Do you like…？

---Yes/No.

IV. Practice.

1. Play a game to practice the structure. Choose collor card. There’s some food behind the colour card. Then ask student Do you like …?

2. Play the disc. Listen and follow.

3. Pair work. Choose two pairs to show.

4. Listen and watch: Do you like ice-cream?

V. Expansion.

1. Show a mind-map of food.

Give pictures of the food and then ask students to stick it to the right place.

2. Brainstorm. Ask students to tell more food and add to the mind-map.

3. Play a video. Listen and watch.

4. Pair work. Choose two pairs to show.
