    一 教材分析

    本单元的教学重点是问答最喜欢哪个季节并陈述原因,主要句型是:Which season do you like?/What's your favourite season? Why do you like summer/winter? Because I cam……难点是B部分要求掌握的四会动词和词组,本单元在内容上与四年级下册第四单元有相同之处,描述天气情况的形容词如Cool, cold, rainy, windy, snowy, cloudy, sunny等单词皆已出现过,因此教师在教学过程中应注意以旧引新,以不同形式反复呈现新知识,从而降低学习的难度。

    学情分析

    1.本课的教学对象是学过两年英语的五年级学生,此段学生天真活泼,好奇心强,有很强的模仿能力,逻辑思维能力和求知欲望。有一定的英语词汇积累,但还不牢固,需要多提醒才能想起。学生是学习的主体,在教学中,教师要为学生创设生动、活泼、和谐的英语学习氛围,让学生积极主动参与学习,敢于展示自己,成为学习的主人。

    教学目标

    1、能够听、说、读、写单词 season spring summer autumn winter

    2、能够使用句型:Which season do you like best?/What’s your favourite season?提问并根据实际情况问答。

    3、能听懂Let’s try录音,并根据录音完成练习

    教学重点和难点

    教学重点: 1. Words: season, spring, summer, fall, winter.

    2. Sentence: Which season do you like best?

    教学难点:Sentence: Which season do you like best?听说读写,并能够在情境中灵活运用。


    五 教学过程

    (一)Warming up

    1 Free talk

    Hello, boys and girls. Nice to see you.

    What day is it today? What's the weather like today?

    2 Let's enjoy a video. ( 课件呈现)

    (1) TOh, boys and girls, We know there are four seasons in a year .Now look at the screen, season means 季节。(教授单词season 板书)

    3 复习说

    TDo you like the music? Is it beautiful? Choose one student for help and say the dialogue.(小组两两对话)

    (二)Presentation

    1新授词

    (1) I have a beautiful picture. Can you tell me what's the weather like? (多媒体课件展示一幅春天图片)

    T: What colour is it?

    T: Yes, we see the leaves are green, The weather is sunny and warm. Which season is it?

    T: It's spring. (教授单词spring 板书)

    A: Which season do you like best?

    B: Spring. (课件呈现)

    (2)T: The weather was very hot .Guess! Which season? (课件呈现一副夏天图片) It's summer. (教授单词summer 板书)

    A: Which season do you like best?

    B: I like summer best. (课件呈现)

    (3)T: Look! What colour is it?

    T: Which season is yellow?

    T: Autumn is yellow. Autumn is cool. It's autumn. (教授单词autumn 板书)

    A: Which season do you like best?

    B: I like autumn best.It’s cool.(课件呈现)

    (4)Winter is white. Winter is cold. 教师慢慢地呈现几张图片,让学生猜是什么季节,同时引出新单词:winter,并操练这个单词

    A: Which season do you like best?

    B: I like winter best.It’s cold and snowy.(课件呈现)

    2课件呈现视频跟读新词。

    3新授说

    A: Which season do you like best?

    B: I like … best.

    A: Do you like ……?

    BYes, I do.

    A: What’s the weather like in … ?

    B: It’s ……

    (三)Extension

    Let’s play a game: Open the door开门大吉的游戏拓展出四个小听力练习
