设计意图

Step 1.

Pre-reading

1.Greeting

2. Sing a song – Old MacDonald.

通过复习本单元的歌曲Old MacDonald活跃课堂气氛，让学生进入课堂，同时在歌曲中复习本单元的动物的单词。

Step 2.

While-reading

1.Show a picture of a hen and ask the students to find more words about animal in the activity “Running Dictation”

2.Check the words and lead to the topic

3.Introduce the picture book and ask the students to guess what the hen is busy with.

4. Ask the students to listen to the story with pictures and answer the question.

(1)What animals can you see?

5.Ask the students to listen to the story with sentences and find out the words with “J, k, l, m, n”

6.Group work

Ask the students to read again and finish the form.

1. 在歌曲的复习后学生进行running dictation的活动，小组成员轮流去找动物的单词回来在小组中听写，在活动中听，读和拼写该单元的重点词汇。

2. 通过在黑板上以导图的形式校对听写的单词，让孩子总结出该单元的课题We love animals.

3. 通过引导学生猜测绘本的题目，引起学生的好奇心。

4. 通过听,观察图片，让学生通过寻找故事中的动物的新单词。

5. 通过寻找单元字母的单词教读故事中的一些新单词。

6.通过小组活动让学生在阅读中进行归纳总结，理清故事的脉络同时在故事中感知单词。

Step 3.

Post reading

1. Ask the students to act out the new words of animals.

2. Pair work: Ask the students to show the pictures and ask &answer .
