一、教学内容

Unit5 How many people are there in your family

（一）语言知识目标

1、能听、说、读并掌握对话中的词汇

2、掌握句型的运用：How many … are there ?及其回答There are…；Who are they?的提问及回答

（二）语言技能目标

1、能用英语询问How many … are there ?并回答

2、能把所学的语言用于课堂活动中

（三）学习策略目标

学习如何与别人相互合作，互相帮助，共同解决问题

（四）情感态度目标

通过学习，培养学生参与课堂教学活动的兴趣和积极性，培养学生的交际能力和增强他们的学习自信心

运用多媒体辅助教学，运用交际法进行课文对话表演。

"四会"单词和How many... ?句型的掌握

   How many... are there ?句型的在日常生活中的灵活运用

六、教学过程：

1、Let’s chant /

改：Let's sing 《Ten little cats》

 （通过本次歌唱，复习一年级所学过的数字单词：one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. 活跃课堂气氛，带学生进入学习主题中）

2、Free talk,就歌曲提问.

补充问题：(1)What can you see in the song ?

(2)How many cats can you see ?

(3)What colour is it?

（通过Free talk, 拓展学生的口语交际能力）

学生看图，快速用There is句型描述图中的人物There is a …in the photo，复习所学的形容词

增加：3、看图，复习数词。

（进一步巩固数字单词）

1、游戏引入学习。师生进行猜物游戏，让学生猜老师文具的数量。T：How many…are there?

修改：（---创设家明邀请同学们去他家玩的情境引入学习，明确本课学习的内容。）

(1)T：Children, What is it ?---It's a house.

(2)复习学过的房间单词。T：Look at this picture. This is the....  

(3)出示一幅图片，里面都是玩具的。T:Let's play a game. guess: How many... are there?

（将一年级学过的How many...？在此处重温。）

2、学生就自己的文具互相提问。

改：（---通过家明家的图片引出本课重点句型How many …s are there？ 初步感知其回答There are ….）

PPT出示图片：来到家明的客厅，有很多喜爱的玩具，通过师生提问的方式，对话学习How many句型。)

T：Children, There are many toys here. Can you tell me , How many cats are there?/ How many ...s are there?

PPT出示图片：来到家明的娱乐室，通过图片，学生自主操练How many句型。)

3、出示课文小图，老师引导学生观察图片，提出问题How many people are there in xxx’s family? 引导学生回答There are…（学习单词how many…）

改：(---来到家明的卧室，通过家明的全家福进行课文学习。回答老师提出的问题，检查课文的理解情况。)

问题：

1）. How many people are there in Jiamin’s family?

2）. Who are they?

3）. Jiamin’s has a small family, yes or no?

4、同位互相说：学生就自己的实际情况互相提问How many句型并回答。

5、出示Jiamin的家庭照片，让学生扮演Jiamin和老师对话，引出课文对话以及Who are they？及其回答。

T: Hello, Yating.

S: Hello, Ms Li.

T: How many people are there in your family?

S: There are ….

T: Who are they?

S:  My father, my mother and me.

     This is my father. My father is tall and strong.

     This is my mother. My mother is thin and short.

     This is me. I’m cute.

6、看动画，朗读课文(---老师带读课文，学生小组分角色朗读课文)

7、学生模仿课文表演。

1、Let’s chant（调整学生学习情绪，为接下来教学做铺垫）

How many, how many,

How many people are there in your family?

Five, five, five,

There are five,

My father, mother, brother, sister and me.

2、阅读资料1，（---根据短文回答问题）巩固How many句型。

3、阅读资料2，为综合说铺垫（---师生示范如何介绍自己的家庭成员，PPT出示概念图指引学生如何介绍）

4、综合说：介绍自己的家庭成员

（---学生同位利用照片互相介绍自己的家庭情况）

这点让学生运用自己身边的东西，介绍自己家里的情况，能将英语学习与生活相结合，很好。
