本课是三年级下册的内容，学生也是在学过一些动词和第三人称单数的基础上来学习的。

本课的句型是在二年级学过的What can you do?的基础上在学习What can your robot do?学生比较容易接受。

三年级的学生有一定的词汇量，尤其是动词相对比较多；能够较流利的使用对话，但需要时间给予练习。

虽然本节课没有涉及第三人称单数的运用，但在前面的学习中已经接触，还需要继续学习。

知识目标：学会运用词组sweep the floor, wash the dishes, clean a room, set the table, make the bed, water the plants.

学会运用句型What can your robot do? He can...

技能目标：在日常交流中熟练的运用What can... do? I /He /She can...

情感目标：通过本课的学习，学会在家帮忙做家务，养成良好的生活习惯。

重点：词组的学习与理解

难点：dish, plant需要复数形式、词组中a,the 的改变、can+V.原型的用法。
