    • 1、教学内容

     

    教材:北师大版先锋英语五年级下册第十一单元Cooking with Mocky---talk together

    教学对象:小学五年级

    本课是第三课时,学生在第一,二课时的学习中已经掌握了做蛋糕,做蔬菜沙拉,做水果沙拉的步骤。相关的单词如: flour, butter, plate, bowl, slat, sugar, 本节课以两两对话,小组活动的展示,自主听、读为突破口,重在培养学生的听说能力和语言运用能力,充分体现以交际为中心的课堂教学。

    • 2、设计理念

     

    语言的根本作用是交际,培养学生语言能力的最佳途径是沟通、交际。本课正是在语觉论的理论指导下,以“语言交际为中心”的外语教学设计思想和指导,借助多媒体网络提供的丰富资源,以看图对话,小组活动的展示,自主听、读故事为突破口,使学生在语篇、交际的情境中培养了听说能力和综合语言运用能力,。

    2借助多媒体的课件,进行自主听,阅读故事,培养学生自主学习的能力,并在该过程中逐步培养和提高学生对篇章内容的总结和提取信息的意识和能力。

    3通过自主说、两两对话、小组活动等形式,培养和提高学生口语交际能力和运用英语进行思维的能力。

    学生是小学二年级的跨越式实验班的学生,经过两年多的试验,他们对跨越式教学的模式比较熟悉,他们的听说能力也比较强。

    1. 学生们始终对英语学习保持浓厚的兴趣,对于课堂教学的活动均能积极主动地参与。

    2. 学生能根据自己的水平、兴趣、爱好选择适合自己的拓展阅读资料,发展自己的能力。

    1. 自主听的资源:3段故事分别是有关Mr. Cookie Baker做饼干, A day of Mrs.Duck 和如何泡茶。

    2. 交际说话材料:key words 1幅主题图片

    • 6、教学策略

     

    1. 该课的主题是用英语交流如何做食物,教师为学生创造了各种不同的语言环境,让学生根据PPTkey points进行看图说话、自主说、两两说和小组说等,充分为学生提供了用英语说话的机会。

    2. 根据主题内容,教师选取与教学内容相关的英语对话和英语小故事,让学生自主听、阅读和会话,从而培养学生综合运用英语的能力。

    设计意图:此环节学生利用教师PPT提供的key points进行两两对话,既巩固了所学的知识,又为下一环节的学习作了铺垫。特别是“Why do they want to make a cake?” 的问题,学生可以充分的发挥自己的发散能力和想象能力。

    Reading 1:

     

    Mr. Cookie Baker Early in the morning, Mr.Baker gets ready to make cookies. He mixes his cookie dough(生面团). Then he rolls out the dough and cuts out shapes with cookie cutters(切割工具). The cookies baked in the oven(烤箱). Out they come, nicely browned. What a delicious smell. Mr.Baker decorates(装饰) the cookies with colored candies.

    Reading 2:

    A day of Mrs.Duck

    Mrs.Duck has five little lovely children, she loves them very much. She does many things for them every day.

    Today is Sunday. The little ducks had no classes, so they went out to play.
    Mrs.Duck began her busy day. First she washed the clothes of her family. Then she began to clean the house. After the cleaning, she ironed the clothes. It spent her almost half of the day for these house work.  The last thing she had to do was to prepare a rich meal for the chilren. The children like cake very much, so she decided to make a chocholate cake. But there weren't enouth eggs and flour, so she went out for shopping. When she got home from the shop, it was 2:00 Pm. She got ready to make the cake. She mixed her cake dough. Then she rolled out the dough and cut out the shape. And she put the cake in the oven at last. Out it came, nicely browned. What a delicious smell!

    Here came the hungry children. Mrs.Duck showed off her cake. The hungry ducks couldn't wait for one minute to eat it. Mrs.Duck watched them engorging(大吃, 狼吞虎咽) the cake happily. After the dinner, it was 6:00 pm. So Mrs.Duck gave them a bath, and sent them to the bed.

    At 9:00 pm, the busy day ended finally, but she felt proud rather than tired. 

    Reading 3:

    Do you like tea? Can you make tea? First we put tea leaves into a cup. Next, we pour hot water into the cup. Don’t drink the tea because it is too hot at this time. Cool down the tea and then you can drink it. But sometimes you alse drink the tea leaves. It’s yummy at all.

    1. Homework.

    1. write a recipe and draw some pictures. Let’s make a cookbook.
